Emerging Professionals is a committee of the USGBC Massachusetts Chapter.

Presentation School Tour, Brighton

The Hunter Group, Inc. will be hosting a tour of their LEED Gold Core and Shell (anticipated) building in Brighton, MA on October 24th. The three story brick and masonry structure has been totally redone and upgraded to meet and/or exceed all current ADA and energy standards. This includes the installation of all new mechanical and fire protection systems. This high visibility project has had great support from Mayor Manino, as well as many State political figures. Additionally, the Mass Historic Commission has granted significant tax credits in order to preserve the original character of the building.
